International Test Commission

The ITC is an international association of psychological associations, research institutes, universities, and test publishers that exchange knowledge on the development and use of tests. Affiliate membership is open to organizations working in the field of measurement.

About the ITC (new tab)
  1. 01The same standards as our reference

The ITC guidelines on test adaptation, test use, and computer-based testing are our reference when developing and using instruments.

  2. 02Learning from the global community

We want to keep exchanging knowledge with measurement researchers and institutions from many countries.

  3. 03Bringing in the Indonesian context

Fair measurement for Indonesians needs to be part of the conversation in international measurement forums.

Science meets life

People are always larger
than a single point of view.

We connect psychological research, measurement, and practitioners' experience. To understand problems more fully—and to develop knowledge that is useful.

Meet our moonshots

A moonshot is a great ambition that sets the direction of our research projects. Every project starts from a research question, becomes a finding, and is then translated into products and modules that can be used.

Reading the level of interest differentiation among Indonesian students

Do interest profiles become more differentiated at higher levels of education? An Anvesana study of 2,869 school and university students found no linear increase. The Findings 02 looks at the shape of RIASEC interest profiles by gender and level of education.

NoteThe effects of gender and level of education are small. This cross-sectional study does not measure change in an individual's interests over time; low differentiation is material for exploration, not a sign of having no interests.

Bringing Next Chapter to ICoP 2026

Anvesana brought the preliminary Next Chapter study to the International Conference on Psychology 2026 at Universitas Muria Kudus to test whether game-based tasks can measure cognitive ability, and to hear feedback from psychology researchers and practitioners.

NoteA preliminary study with 51 participants. What the data support is the composite score, not the score of each game.
