Project Manager di Indies Lab, unit riset Anvesana yang berfokus pada evaluasi, riset dan kajian pemanfaatan serta implikasi hasil pengukuran. Ia bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola operasional riset, mengoordinasikan pelaksanaan proyek, serta memastikan kelancaran setiap tahapan penelitian. Dengan minat pada bidang psikologi pendidikan dan perkembangan, Diana turut memiliki pengalaman terlibat dalam berbagai proyek riset asesmen perkembangan dan kesiapan sekolah. Pengalamannya mencakup koordinasi kegiatan penelitian serta pengelolaan proses pengumpulan data untuk mendukung pelaksanaan riset. Diana berupaya menjembatani kebutuhan operasional dengan tujuan ilmiah untuk mendukung kualitas riset di Anvesana.

Peneliti lintas disiplin dengan latar belakang psikologi dan machine learning. Dirinya berfokus pada penerapan metodologi kuantitatif dan komputasional pada riset aplikatif. Keahliannya mencakup analisis data berskala besar, pengembangan perangkat lunak, dan penerapan pendekatan data science dalam penelitian ilmiah. Pengalaman risetnya mencakup kajian perilaku manusia, analisis data media sosial, serta penerapan metode psikometri dalam penelitian kecerdasan buatan. Melalui pendekatan lintas disiplin, Afrizal berupaya mengembangkan pemanfaatan machine learning dalam ruang lingkup psikologi.

Berfokus pada riset terapan bagi populasi anak dan remaja, khususnya dalam pengembangan asesmen psikologi, pembelajaran sosio-emosional (social-emotional learning), serta praktik pendidikan inklusif.

Lecturer in psychometrics at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Completed his bachelor's and master's degrees at Universitas Gadjah Mada and his doctorate at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Budapest. His research focuses on psychometrics and psychological and educational assessment, especially the development and evaluation of computerized adaptive tests (CAT) based on item response theory, including test-takers' experience while taking a test. At Anvesana he is involved as an expert and resource person in instrument development.
