Terms and Conditions of Anvesana Labs Class Registration

By registering for an Anvesana Labs class, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms and conditions.

1. Registration

Participants must complete the registration form with information that is correct, complete, and matches their identity.
Each registration is valid for one participant and may not be transferred to another person without the organizer's approval.
Participants are responsible for making sure the email address and contact details they provide can be reached.
A registration is successful once payment has been confirmed by the system.

The class fee must be paid according to the amount shown on the registration page.
Participants may complete payment using the payment methods available in the registration system.
A registration is successful once payment has been successfully confirmed by the system.
Class access and learning facilities are provided once payment has been successfully confirmed.
If there is a payment problem, participants may contact the Anvesana team through the official contact channels provided.

Information about the schedule, delivery method, and class access will be shared by email or through the participant's account.
Participants are responsible for having the devices, internet connection, and other technical requirements needed when a class is held online.
The materials, facilities, and benefits given to participants follow the program scope stated in the information for each class.
Certain facilities or benefits may have specific requirements based on a participant's educational background, profession, or qualifications. Benefits intended specifically for psychologists can only be obtained by participants who meet that qualification.
Participants are expected to follow the attendance rules and complete the learning activities according to the class requirements.

Terms for cancelling a registration, refunds, and transferring participation follow the policy set for each class.
Anvesana reserves the right to adjust the schedule, delivery method, or technical arrangements of a class with notice to participants.
If a class is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive information about the refund mechanism or alternative participation.

All learning materials, including modules, presentations, worksheets, recordings, and supporting documents, are the intellectual property of Anvesana and/or related parties.
Participants may use the materials for their personal learning.
Participants may not copy, distribute, sell, or disseminate the materials without written permission from the rights holder.
Participants may not record, photograph, or disseminate learning sessions without the organizer's permission.

Certificates of participation are given according to the class completion requirements set by the organizer.
Where a class has a competency assessment program or a specific credential, it is awarded according to the requirements and evaluation mechanism communicated separately.
Taking part in a class does not automatically grant any credential or recognition of competency.

Information provided during registration will be used for administration, communication, class delivery, and program evaluation.
Anvesana is committed to keeping participant information confidential and using it according to the needs of the program and the applicable privacy policy.
